It is not possible to love others if you do not love yourself.
This is true, but simply loving ourselves is not enough …
…if we don’t know which part of ourselves we are loving.
We can learn to love and cultivate
the best part of ourselves,
the one that is conscious and loving,
so as to wish for that part
to prevail in other people too.
We can learn to not cultivate the worst parts of ourselves,
those that are selfish, predatory, indifferent or aggressive …
We are not forced to love the worst parts of ourselves and of others,
but we are free to truly love the best ones …
to help them vibrate and grow.
This is what makes life more beautiful and useful,
to us and to those around us.
We will find that the best part of ourselves,
the one to really love,
is precisely the one that knows how to love,
that intensely wants, thinks and does Good for others.
Being more loving to others
makes us stronger and more conscious.
